Request a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)

If you need a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) to assess the accessibility of our products under Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act of 1973, please follow the steps below.

How to Request a VPAT

To request a VPAT, send an email to our support team:

In your message, please include as much detail as possible, such as:

  • Product name(s) and version(s)
  • End customer name
  • Partner reseller/distributor name and contact details
  • Relevant contract, purchase order (P.O.), or request details (RFP/RFQ/RFI)

Our VPAT support team aims to acknowledge or respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. (Except for weekends, holidays or unforeseen circumstances).

Confidential Information & NDA

If your request involves confidential data, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required. By accepting the NDA terms, you’ll gain access to sensitive information about our ISO-aligned Information Security Program. Our Customer Trust Office works with subject matter experts to ensure you receive accurate and detailed responses.
